So bad I Reported Them

I have been playing this game for over 2 years. I have completed all of the games without issue. When the new game HIDDEN VALLEY came out, I realized when you played the bonus round the last spin was not credited. I also wasnt receiving the extra spins consistently. I emailed them and they said that they could not find one thing wrong with the game and it was difficult to credit such a large amount of coins. Thats when I told them I had screen shots. They took a few days to respond and still didnt credit my account for the same reason. They could see the proof. On the top of the screen was one amount for total won and a different amount in the middle of the screen. I even offered to FaceTime with them and they refused. They owe me coins in the hundred millions. I was betting between 180,00-1,200,000. Ive been trying to get my coins returned for about a week. Now I also cant open the game. They also lowered the level I was on. Since I had finished all the games I would have to wait for new ones to come out to play. At some point they put me from being in a level in the 800s to being in a level in the 300s. They take your money and dont do the right thing. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!
