I cant get this game to download since update and I hope I dont loose my progress

After update wont load says connection error try again please fix I like playing it fav slots app and on Facebook

Cant get logged in......says check internet connection. I have a connection!! Has anyone had luck getting logged in after the update?

My progress is about to expire if I dont claim it. Cant log in any longer, something about Internet connection. Everything else works, just not Mirrorball. Im not going to start over. If I lose my progress Ill just delete the game.

I love this game .. Especially the Goldilocks.. But dont know why I cannot connect after updating... It says error with Internet connection.. Try every ways but failed.. Please help...

im going to itunes for a refund for every single purchase i made last month! i cant play due tomyour update and i want all my money back ! rip off!

I love to play this game. Since the update I have not been able to play. I keep Getting an error message telling me my internet connection was lost. Ive tried at several different locations and still cant get on. I also have a smart phone and I still am unable to play. Ive deleted the game and reset my phone and still nothing.

After the latest update, I am still,having issues connecting. Have restarted iPad, but this still does not clear up the issue. I have had this issue for over a week.

This game is awesome! Its hard to find authentic slot machine apps but this one makes you feel like youre playing the real thing. Great bonuses and love the rubies too! The Mirrorball support staff are very helpful and will fix any issues you have in a timely manner!

My biggest disappointment is that count of consecutive days played was unfairly reset to zero. Unfortunately this count controls daily prize amounts and players on more consecutive days are eligible for higher daily prizes amounts. Any way to restore previous higher counts?

Ive been playing for several years..sometimes I win a bunch; lots of time I lose but hey its gambling! LOVE the graphics! Since Im an iPad player, wish there were more opportunities for tournaments, etc like on laptop. Yes, it crashes weirdly at times but staff have always been prompt to assist.

Only game Ive ever played where you could look forward to losing! You get a different kind of win when you lose a few rounds! Only game where Ive been able to trigger free spins when I wanted to or needed to. Love it. Not liking so much right now, couldnt open for 4 days so am not going to win this game because got no bonuses for those 4 days...still not completely fixed because 2 games will not let me play, Repunzels Tower and Big Bad Wolf...Im totally anal because I like to finish all levels before I move on to next game and I am in black on both of those...if it ever gets fixed you will get a five star rating...but not happy right now
